Country Garden To Invest RMB250 Million For Deluxe Hotel

According to local media, there will be twenty-one large projects will be signed in the fourth Central China Travel Expo with a total investment of RMB4.75 billion.

Of these Country Garden reportedly plans to invest RMB250 million to build a five-star standard hotel in Suizhou. Country Garden is an integrated property developer in China — focusing on property projects and it also develops and manages hotels within some of its projects.

Central China Travel Expo will be upgraded to a national level event named CNTA and will be jointly held with provincial government for the first time. The largest project to be signed is the integrated development project of Wudangshan Tourism Area at Shiyan with an investment of RMB520 million from Hubei Xuanwu Investment Company Limited.

The fourth Central China Travel Expo will be held in the Wuhan Science and Technology Conference and Exhibition Center between April 24 and 27 and will be freely open to the public.
