Radegast Hotel Beijing Plans July Opening

Radegast Hotel Beijing will be Tianlun's first five-star hotel in Beijing's central business district when it opens in July 2008.

Located on Guanghua Road and near the East Third Ring Road, it has a total construction area of 43000 square meters. The 21-storied luxury five-star hotel boasts 313 rooms including deluxe business rooms, deluxe suites and presidential suites, which are fully-equipped with top furniture and office facilities like LCD TVs, broadband access, and air conditioning.

The spacious Harmony Grand Ballroom is on the fifth floor and can hold 600 people, and there are six medium and small meeting rooms. All the conference rooms are equipped with simultaneous translation systems, advanced audio and video facilities, overhead projectors, and slide projectors.

The Royal Palace Club is located on the sixth floor of the hotel and covers 5,200 square meters. A swimming pool, fully equipped gym, tennis court, and KTV all combine to provid entertainment facilities to guests.
