Golden Banna Hotel Plans To Sell 48% Of Shares

According to Yunnan Assets and Equity Exchange, Golden Banna Hotel Company Limited plans to sell 48% of its shares.

The Golden Banna Hotel is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yunnan Copper Zinc Company Limited. Published data from the Yunnan Assets and Equity Exchange shows that this hotel company put 48% of its shares on sale for CNY25.751 million. The company has a registered capital of about CNY47.51 million and its business scope includes residence, dining, housekeeping, and car rental.

The hotel is located in Jinhong, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan. It has an area of 16,000 square meters with gardens occupying 47% of the total area. The hotel consists of 14 buildings with a total of 151 rooms and suits. It also has a 1,152-square-meter restaurant and a 509-square-meter ballroom with the capacity of 800 to 1,000 guests; a 2,368 square meter entertainment and leisure area; five meeting rooms of different sizes; and a 1,200 square meter parking area with more than 60 parking bays.
