Wuhan Welcomes New Business Hotel Brand

The Shenzhen San Jiu Real Estate Company Limited and Wuhan Jinfa Land Company Limited have announced that they have formed a strategic partnership by introducing the five-star business hotel brand Royal Suites & Towers into Wuhan.

The first property branded as Royal Suites & Towers in Wuhan, 999 Royal Suites & Towers Hotel Wuhan is located at the intersection of Jinghan Avenue and Sanyang Road in Jiangan District, Hankou, near to the municipal government offices and the Sanyang Plaza. The 29-story hotel covers about 35,000 square meters and has 408 guestrooms, Chinese and Western restaurants, a meeting center, a fitness center and a spa.

Over the last 12 years of development, especially after joined China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd, Shenzhen San Jiu Real Estate Company Limited began to focus on hotel investment and management – moving from its original base of residential development. According to this new strategy, the group has signed nine properties since 2006, including two with the model of investment and management and seven franchised properties, which provide a total of 2,707 rooms. These properties are distributed in Shenzhen, Chongqing, Ningbo, Wuhan, Kunming, Tianjin, Shenyang, Guiyang, and Dongguan. At present, the 999 Royal Suites & Towers Hotel Shenzhen is open while all the others are in the pipeline and are expected to be opened within two to three years.
