Dongguan Welcomes New Deluxe Hotel

The renovation of Dongguan's Resort Lotus Lake to five star standard has been completed with an investment of CNY100 million from Sangem Group, and it has been renamed the Hotel Good View Sangem Qiaotou.

The hotel was upgraded to four-star level in 2006. The Sangem group also owns two other hotels in Dongguan – the Hotel Good View Sangem Zhangmutou, and the Hotel Good View Sangem Tangxia. Of these Hotel Good View Sangem Zhangmutou also  underwent full renovation from the beginning of this year, and is scheduled to reopen by this September.

After renovation, both the Hotel Good View Sangem Qiaotou and the Hotel Good View Sangem Zhangmutou will follow the pattern of the five-star standard Hotel Good View Sangem Tangxia in the aspects of decor, the level of hardware facilities, and the management level — showing a uniform brand image for hotels in the Sangem Group.

Mao Haotang, chairman of Sangem Group said that the group has also formed an international hotel management company. The new company has signed a management contract with a hotel in Wuhu, Anhui.
