St. Regis Beijing Unveils New Renovated Look
Just in time for the Beijing Olympics, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has unveiled the newly renovated St. Regis Beijing, following the completion of a USD27 million renovation and restoration of its 258 guest rooms, 102 suites, and restaurants.
"We are delighted with the newly renovated St. Regis Beijing. The hotel's exceptional service, luxurious interiors and sheer beauty make it a perfect fit within the St. Regis brand, beautifully complementing a portfolio which includes The St. Regis Singapore and The St. Regis Shanghai, with several others under development in Bali, Bangkok, Jakarta, Lhasa, Kuala Lumpur, Macau, Osaka and Tianjin," stated Mr. Miguel Ko, president for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Asia Pacific.
As part of the renovation, The St. Regis Beijing features 28 additional St. Regis suites, bringing the total number of suites to 102, or 40% of its total room count.
The St. Regis Beijing also houses The St. Regis Spa & Club, the first natural spring water spa in the city of Beijing. Drawing natural hot spring water from nearly 1,500 feet below the earth's surface, this 21,480 square-foot facility provides guests with the ultimate spa experience.
