Xinjiang Signs With Domestic Travel Agencies
The 21 large domestic travel agencies including CITS have signed a strategic cooperation frame agreement with ten travel agencies in Xinjiang.
Starting this year, the two parties agreed to organize 2,000 tourists on package tours to travel to each others' areas annually.
According to the agreement, the parties will discuss planning information and list price, and jointly launch boutique itineraries and develop domestic and overseas source markets to build the large tourism brands.
In addition, Xinjiang will offer some preferential policies for those tourism enterprises in the Chinese mainland and provide more convenience such as reducing or canceling the tickets access to attractions; while Xinjiang tourism enterprises also will be provided the same treatment when they develop in the inland markets.
