New Century Hotel Group Signs For Three Hotels In Mainland China

The New Century International Hotel Management Company Limited has signed the management agreements for Julong New Century Grand Hotel Chengdu, Zhongsheng New Century Grand Hotel Lhasa, and Zhonghao New Century Hotel Qinghai in mainland China.

Julong New Century Grand Hotel Chengdu is located on Renmin South Road, Chengdu, 16 kilometers from the airport, and about five kilometers from the new municipal government office. The hotel covers a construction area of about 80,000 square meters, and is designed with 443 guestrooms. It is scheduled to open by 2011.

Zhongsheng New Century Grand Hotel Lhasa is located on Jinzhu Central Road, Lhasa, and to the east of the Potala Palace, 70 kilometers from Lhasa Airport, and three kilometers from the railway station. The hotel is scheduled to be completed by 2010. Its construction area is about 24,000 square meters, and will provide 200 guestrooms.

Zhonghao New Century Hotel Qinghai is located at the heart of downtown Germu and on the intersection of  Kunlun Road and Jianshe Road, about 15 kilometers from the airport. The hotel will be launched by the end of 2009. It covers a construction area of about 40,000 square meters and will offer 127 guestrooms.

Currently, New Century International Hotel Management Company Limited manages a total of 28 hotels around China.
