China Eastern To Open Shanghai-Copenhagen Route

China Eastern Airlines will open a round-trip route from Shanghai to Copenhagen on October 29, 2008.

The new service will extend the route between Shanghai and Frankfurt that the company currently operates. The flight will be operated using Airbus A332 aircraft.

Every Wednesday and Friday, the flight leaves from Shanghai Pudong International Airport at 23:55, stopping at Frankfurt, then arrives at Copenhagen at 8:35; the return flight departs from Copenhagen at 10:45 on Thursdays and Saturdays, stopping at Frankfurt, and arrives at Shanghai Pudong at 8:00.
