Plan For New Five-star Standard Hotel In Zhaodong, Heilongjiang

Construction of a new five-star standard hotel has commenced in Zhaodong, Heilongjiang.

The project has an investment of CNY260 million from the Fuhe Group, and it covers an area of 99,700 square meters, with a construction area of 40,000 square meters. The hotel will include a 16-story building and 200 parking spaces underground, and its construction is scheduled to be completed by October 1, 2009.

The hotel will provide 320 rooms and suites including presidential suites, deluxe suites, and executive rooms. It also has a 1,000-square-meter lounge, and 12 multifunctional rooms on the second and third floor, as well as meeting rooms and ballrooms with a total area of 1,410 square meters.

Zhaodong is located on the southwest of Heilongjiang and on the north bank of the Songhuajiang River, 53 kilometers from Harbin.
