China Travel HK Acquires Remaining 49% Share Of USCTS

China Travel International Investment Hong Kong has announced that it has agreed to acquire the outstanding 49% share of China Travel Service (USA), for USD264,000.

With the completion of this acquisition, USCTS will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Travel HK.

China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited, through its subsidiaries, engages in travel agency and related operations in Hong Kong, mainland China, Southeast Asia, Australasia, the United States, and Europe.

USCTS focuses on package tours for inbound business to the USA and outbound tours from the USA, specializing in Chinese associations and organizations in the USA.
