Sofitel Wanda Ningbo Opens

Sofitel Wanda Ningbo, said to be the first international five-star hotel in the city, has opened in the Yinzhou financial area.

Sofitel Wanda Ningbo is the fourth hotel invested by Da Lian Wanda Group in China.

The hotel is located in the centre of Yinzhou’s commercial and business district, a 15-minute drive from Ningbo Lishe International Airport, and adjacent to Ningbo’s second largest commercial plaza, Wanda Plaza.

Sofitel Wanda Ningbo has 290 guest rooms, each equipped with high speed network, Sofitel my bed, and a worktable.

There is a pillarless Grand Ballroom 750 square meters in area with eight meter high ceilings and four other multifunction rooms equipped with audio-visual facilities to handle a variety of events, from small board meetings to executive conferences.

The hotel has four restaurants offering connoisseurs of exquisite food, a fascinating choice of contemporary cuisine or Asian dining experiences: Le Bistrot which introduces new flavors from around the world according to season; Lavish, the Mediterranean flavor restaurant; Wan, Chinese restaurant with Cantonese, Sichuan and Ningbo food; and KoKo, a Japanese restaurant offering sushi, sashimi, and teppanyaki .

The first cigar and wine bar in Ningbo, accompanied by live jazz performance; a Spa with sauna, steam, Jacuzzi, and private treatment rooms; indoor heated swimming pool and fitness center provide guests with a variety of leisure options.
