New Faces At Westin Shenzhen Nanshan

The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan, which is slated to open mid-2009, has recently welcomed two new top executives to its management team.

Lance J. Ourednik has been appointed as the general manager of Westin Shenzhen Nanshan. Originaly from News Zealand, the 30-year veteran of the hospitality industry, has had previous postings in New Zealand, Australia, and Malaysia as well as China. Ourednek has almost 10 years experience in China, working in Sheratons in key cities such as Beijing, Guilin, and Xiamen.

Jin Kim has been appointed as the director of sales and marketing of the Westin Shenzhen Nanshan. Prior to this new assignment, she was with the Westin Taipei. Originally from Korea, Kim studied hotel management in Switzerland and has over 12 years of hospitality experience in sales, of which six have been with Starwood Hotels and Resorts in Korea, Taipei, and mainland China.
