Lily Loo has been appointed as the director of sales and marketing at Sofitel Shanghai Hyland.

Loo posses sound knowledge and experience in marketing international deluxe hotels and resorts with a proven track record in developing business and profits for various properties in Malaysia, Macau, and mainland China. Prior to this appointment, she was the director of sales and marketing for Sheraton Shanghai Hongqiao Hotel.
