GreenTree Inn Hotel Management Group recently formed a partnership with China's online travel booking network Travelzen.com to offer an online international and domestic air tickets booking service on the group's official website.
Through the ticket booking platform, users can directly go to the ticket search platform of Travelzen.com for online booking. This is said to make GreenTree Inns the first hotel chain to offer an online ticket booking service in China.
Traditional domestic hotel ticket agency services are mainly offered through agents setting up an office in a hotel lobby or offering a reservation phone number. In this case, there might be some problems caused by the inconstancy of the ticket information leading to trouble for the guest. The partnership between GreenTree Inn and Travelzen.com will enable guests to query ticket information online and also to pay for tickets online, thus offering a one-stop service for both hotel bookings and air ticket.
