Former Director of the US-CERT, Amit Yoran, to Keynote at Hacker Halted USA 2009

He was formerly the Director of the US-CERT and National Cyber Security Division of the Department of Homeland Security, and has served as CEO and advisor to In-Q-Tel, the venture capital arm of the CIA. He is currently a member of the Commission on Cybersecurity for the 44th US President.
