Grand Opening For Oakwood Residence Hangzhou

Oakwood, a global serviced apartment provider, recently announced the grand opening of Oakwood Residence Hangzhou.

The Residence — which are said to be the first of their kind in Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang province – comprises 166 fully-furnished serviced apartments on nine floors of Hangzhou’s Europe America Center. To celebrate the grand opening and the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China, Oakwood decorated the entire building with elaborate bows to denote it as a gift to Hangzhou.

The apartments range from 44 square meters for a studio to 138 square meters for a three bedroom apartment, and Oakwood Residence Hangzhou is also equipped with a fitness center and an indoor swimming pool. Services include daily housekeeping and room service, 24-hour reception and concierge service, and 24-hour security, as well as an in-house restaurant serving international and Chinese cuisines, a residents' lounge and bar, and a business center with meeting room facilities and WiFi broadband access in all public areas.

At the opening ceremony the general manager of Oakwood Residence Hangzhou, Malcolm Hines, stated that the residence offers five-star hotel-style services and facilities that both local and international guests have come to expect — together with those personal touches that make their guests feel at home while away from home.
