New World Hotel Dalian Welcomes Zhuang

New World Hotel Dalian has announced the appointment of Cindy Zhuang as its director of sales and marketing, in charge of the sales, communications and reservations team.

Zhuang has wide experience in marketing management and revenue management. She has worked in Hilton Dalian and Kempinski Dalian where she contributed to the hotel's revenue management and marketing strategy. She has also worked with Dell Computer Company as the call center manager and was in charge of making sales strategy as well as improving the staff's sales skills. Prior this appointment, Zhuang worked in Mandarin Oriental Sanya as director of revenue management.
