Dave Xu Yong has been appointed as the director of sales and marketing of Sego Hotel Tianjin.

A Chinese national, Xu speaks fluent Chinese, English, and Japanese. He has been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years, and has served in a number of well-known international hotel groups including New World Hotel, Honkin Seibu Japan, Shangri-La, Accor, and Days Inn. He has extensive experience in marketing strategy, business development and marketing communication. Prior to this appointment with Sego Hotel, Xu was the director of sales and marketing of Days Hotel & Suites in Shandong.
