Sun Paper Builds Five-star Hotel In Southwestern Shandong

Shandong Sunplaza International Hotel, which is located in Yanzhou, Jining, Shandong province, is slated to soft open in September 2010.

The 28-floor hotel, which is reported to be the first platinum five-star international business hotel in Southwestern Shandong, is being built with a total investment of CNY600 million. It has 468 guest rooms and suites, a ballroom, an international conference center and 15 meeting rooms and multimedia training rooms. For dining, there will be Chinese, western and Japanese restaurants, together with an outdoor bar. For recreation and entertainment, there will be a spa, a heated swimming pool, a fitness center, chess room, a tennis court, a nightclub, and a business club. The hotel is capable of holding meetings of 1,000 participants and the ballroom can accommodate 800 people for dining.

The investor, Sun Paper, is the largest private paper manufacturer in China, and it has entrusted Shenzhenair Hotel Management Company to manage the hotel.
