Starwood's latest property in Tianjin, the new Sheraton Tianjin Binhai Hotel, is slated to open in August 2010.
The property, which is located in the heart of the TEDA Administration commission and in the future Modern Service District, has a total of 325 guest rooms and suites with each room exceeding 40 square meters. For events there are over 1,200 square meters of meeting space including a 700-square-meter pillar-less Grand Ballroom and eight other function rooms.
The hotel offer a range of dining choices. Feast is Sheraton's signature all-day dining restaurant featuring an international menu, while Yue offers Chinese dishes and Bene has modern Italian cuisine. Other leisure and entertainment facilities include a 24-hour fitness center programmed by Core Performance, a heated indoor pool, and a full service Shine Spa by Sheraton.
