Arbenz Appointed General Manager Of The Intercontinental Beijing Beichen

InterContinental Hotels Group has appointed Daniel Arbenz as general manager of InterContinental Beijing Beichen and he will also continue to be the area general manager for IHG's hotel brands in Liaoning and Heilongjiang.

Arbenz brings with him over 32 years' international experience and 13 years hotel management and operations experience with IHG, specializing in general hotel management, new hotel opening, renovation and project management, with experience in food and beverage, sales and marketing, and revenue management. He is a graduate of the Swiss Hotel Management School Lucerne in Switzerland and is a Cornell Alumni. Prior to this appointment, he was the opening general manager of Crowne Plaza Sun Palace Beijing.
