Dinner With The Stars At Hilton Beijing Wangfujing

Hilton Beijing Wangfujing recently organized an event dubbed 'Seven Courses, Six Maestros, Five Stars, One Night Only' which featured six world-renowned chefs who traveled from around the world for the event. The chefs preparing the banquet were: one-Michelin-star chef Karlheinz Hauser; Eric Hara, the executive chef of The Oak Room at The Plaza, New York; one-Michelin-star chef Michael Hoffmann; Andrea Tranchero of Armani Ristorante; two-Michelin-star chef Michel Roth; pastry chef Claire Heitzler of Ritz Hotel Paris; and Yu Xiang Gu, the executive chef of Hilton Beijing Wangfujing.
