Godwin Cheng, has been appointed as the general manager of Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Palace Chengdu.

Malaysian-born Cheng has been working in the hotel industry for over 30 years and he has held key positions in many hotels in Europe and Southeast Asia, as well as many cities in China. His previous posts include: general manager of Beijing Marriott City Wall Hotel, general manager of Everly Resort Hotel Malacca, and general manager of Holiday Inn Changzhou Wujin.
