Lee Appointed General Manager Of Marco Polo Xiamen

Marco Polo Hotels has announced the appointment of Lee Weng Wai as general manager of the Marco Polo Xiamen, China.

He has over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry, commencing work in Malaysia with Shangri-La Hotel Penang. In 1998, he was relocated to Traders Shenyang and Shangri-La Qingdao, China. His previous posts include: general manager of Gloria Hotel Shenyang, group director of operations of Gloria Internationals Hotels and Resorts, and general manager of Howard Plaza Hotel Taipei. Prior to taking up this new post, Lee was the general manager of Harbour Plaza Kunming and Harbour Plaza Chongqing.
