Chen Jinhong is the chairman of Beijing Kante Ehio Electronics Company. He gives us his views of the meetings and events market in Beijing.

What kinds of events or meetings does your company hold in Beijing each year? How large are these activities?
The company holds many events each year, including working conferences with 200 participants, an annual conference with 1,000 participants, customer banquets for five to 300 people, and tourism activities with about 600 people.

What are your criteria for choosing a suitable venue in Beijing?
I usually choose different venues for different meetings. The general requirements include a good setup and a good environment.

If the event or meeting is to be held in a hotel, what are your requirements?
Hardware facilities and location are the most important criteria, and service is the second most important consideration.

Which hotels' meeting products and services have impressed you the most? And why?
