What kinds of events or meeting does your company have in Sanya each year? What is the scale of these activities?
Our company holds a distributor assembly each year for about 120 participants. In 2010 the assembly was held in Sanya.

What are your criteria when choosing a suitable venue in Sanya?
A hotel with comprehensive facilities which is large enough to accommodate our participants will be our choice: especially those that can assist a meeting company to set up our own venue.

If the event or meeting is to be held in a hotel, what are the requirements?
Convenient transport, a fine environment, and good hardware and software facilities.

Which hotel's meeting products and services have impressed you the most? Why?
InterContinental Sanya and Hilton Sanya Resort & Spa. Our distributor assembly was held in InterContinental Sanya this year. This was the first meeting case the hotel had received following its opening. Great changes had been made in the hotel one month after we signed the contract, and everything seemed perfect when we finally arrived here.

The hotel had arranged a welcoming ceremony with flowers. The hotel did very well in following up our assembly, for example the background music it used during the signing ceremony was quite suitable. The hotel has very special guest rooms with 180 degree sea views and elements of Hainan Li ethnic group. Its restaurants are on the beach. The staff of the hotel are very considerate and friendly.
