Our company holds user exchange meetings and technical seminars in Sanya from time to time. The size can vary from several dozen participants to several hundred.

What are your criteria for choosing a suitable venue in Sanya?
There should be fully-equipped and modern meeting rooms of various sizes to choose from. Participants should be able to get to the beach easily during the breaks in meetings. There should be beach, grass, lake and coconut trees near the venue.

If an event or meeting is to be held in a hotel, what are the requirements?
The hotel should be a recreation-style beach resort. Our meetings are usually serious new product promotions, and we hope the hotel would have a recreational atmosphere to help meeting participants get involved in our events in straightforward way. Of course services and food are also very important.
