Tianjin Airlines To Launch Tianjin-Hohhot-Ulan Bator Route
Tianjin Airlines, the municipality'e first local carrier, has announced that it is planning to launch a Tianjin-Hohhot-Ulan Bator route on October 19, 2010.
The new service is the carrier's first international route, and will be operated twice a week using 98-seat E-190 passenger aircraft with business and tourist classes.
Established in 2004, Tianjin Airlines has already opened more than 130 domestic routes. The regional carrier has expanded its fleet to 77 jet aircraft — adding at least one aircraft each month.
The country's largest regional airline has said that it aims to fly on more than 450 routes linking at least 90 cities, taking more than 90% of the domestic regional aviation market.
