Kosmopolito Hotels International Limited has announced the launch of Yue @ Century Park in Shanghai, a move marking its official entry into the Chinese mainland market.
The design-led hotel is the first in the Boutique Series by Kosmopolito in China. Other hotels in the Boutique Series include Lan Kwai Fong @ Kau U Fong, Central Park, and Cosmo Hong Kong.
Yue @ Century Park has 264 guestrooms and suites, ranging in size from 35 to 188 square metres, with views of the cityscape and Century Park, Shanghai's largest city park.
Located in the heart of Pudong in Shanghai, the hotel is situated in front of Century Park, and has easy access to the city's Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone via the metro station located next to the hotel. It is a seven-minute ride on the Maglev high-speed train from Pudong International Airport from the nearby Maglev station.
KHI is one of the largest listed hotel companies in Hong Kong and newly listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company owns, develops and operates 22 hotels across Asia with close to 7,000 rooms. Of these, 15 are operating hotels and seven are under development. The group currently has two hotels in Shanghai and Wuhan and two more are scheduled to open in Zhongshan and Chengdu.
