New Century Signs Three New Five-star Hotels

New Century Hotels and Resorts signed three hotel management contracts at the beginning of the 2011 Chinese New Year: Zongjun New Century Hotel Haicheng, Henghui New Century Hotel Luohe, and Sanding New Century Residence Yiwu.

Zongjun New Century Hotel Haicheng is located in downtown Haicheng in Liaoning province and is the only five-star standard hotel in this city developed by Liaoning Zongjun Real Estate Development Company. The 29-floor hotel will have 230 guestroom and suites including a presidential suite and an executive floor. For meetings and events there will be five meeting rooms covering 7,000 square meters, with largest one able to accommodate up to 1,200 people. There will also be two international meeting rooms for foreign guests. Recreational facilities will include a bar, gym, KTV, and swimming pool. Zongjun New Century Hotel Haicheng is expected to open on May 1, 2011.

Henghui New Century Hotel Luohe is developed by Henan Henghui Tourist Hotel Company, a subsidiary of Guangdong Henghui Group. Located in downtown Luohe, it is a one-hour drive from Zhengzhou International Airport. This hotel will have 420 guest rooms and suites and other recreational and entertainment facilities. It is planned that it will open on October 1, 2011.

Sanding New Century Residence (Hotel) Yiwu is the third property under the management of New Century Hotels and Resorts in Jinhua, Zhejiang province after Shimao New Century Grand Hotel Jinhua and Sanding New Century Grand Hotel Yiwu. Designed by HBA, the hotel will have 240 guestrooms and suites.

New Century Hotels and Resorts currently operates and manages 77 hotels.
