Timothy O'Driscoll has been appointed as the general manager of The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan.

Originally from Australia and a 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry, O'Driscoll joined Starwood Hotels and Resorts in 1989. He has held various positions with Starwood properties in Australia, England, Nigeria, and Indonesia. After moving to China he managed hotels in Guangdong, Shandong, and Chongqing. Prior to this new post he managed the opening of Le Meridien Chongqing.
