New Top Team For Crowne Plaza Zhongshan Wing On City

InterContinental Hotels Group has appointed a new general manager and a new director of sales and marketing for Crowne Plaza Zhongshan Wing On City.

Michael Martin has been appointed as general manager of Crowne Plaza Zhongshan Wing On City. He comes from the UK and has worked for IHG for the last 18 years, he has extensive experience in the hotel industry having recently covered numerous area roles within the UK. As well as being GM of Crowne Plaza Zhongshan Wing On City he is also the area general manager for IHG managed hotels in west Guangdong covering hotels in Foshan, Xiaolan Zhongshan, Zhuhai, and Zhanjiang.

Eric Mak has been appointed as director of sales and marketing of the hotel, tranferring from the InterContinental Hotels Group regional sales office in Hong Kong. Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, Mak has 16 years of hotel experience with international brands such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International, Renaissance Hotels and Resorts, and Ramada.
