The soft opening has commenced of New Century Hotels and Resorts' latest property — Puxi New Century Hotel Shanghai.
It is the second high-end business hotel that the group in has opened in Shanghai, and the first in the center of the city center.
Adjacent to Shanghai Railway Station in Zhabei District, the hotel is only a five minutes drive from People's Square and Nanjing Road. The four-star standard hotel has a gross floor area of 25,000 square meters, with 263 guestrooms and suites. It also has several restaurants offering more than 1,000 seats and 14 private dining areas. Six meeting rooms of various sizes can meet the demands of different meetings.
New Century Hotels and Resorts says it aims to invest in and manage at least 123 four- and five-star hotels as well as business hotels, and it aims to be among the top 50 hotel management groups worldwide.
