Delta Air Lines Integrates Ticket Sales Service In China
Delta Air Lines has announced that it will integrate the air ticketing and booking services of Delta and Northwest Airlines in China from March 16, 2009.
Regarded as one of the most important steps involved in the merger of the two airline companies, this move allows customers to purchase air tickets for both airlines from one office.
Sandeep Bahl, general manager of Northwest Airlines China, said that they were honored to announce the integration of the sales departments of Delta and Northwest Airlines to provide consistent quality service to their passengers. Sandeep added that as the largest airline company in the world, Delta is committed to providing excellent service through its extensive operations network to passengers worldwide.
The world's largest airline company, Delta provides air services to 379 destinations in 66 countries together with its affiliates Northwest Airlines and Delta Connection. The company carries more than 170 million passengers each year.
