Pilliai Appointed General Manager Of Crowne Plaza Lake Malaren Shanghai

Balachandran G.Pilliai has been appointed as the new general manager of the Crowne Plaza Lake Malaren Shanghai.

Pilliai is a native of Malaysia with 41 years experience in the hotel industry and has been with the Intercontinental Hotel Group  since 1993 and has been in China for 22 years.  His previous work experience included working in the USA, Canada, Germany, and Malaysia. Prior to this post, he was the general manager of the Holiday Inn Xiaoshan.
