Crowne Plaza Sun Palace Beijing has appointed Charles Ma as sales and marketing director.

A graduate from the Highbury College of Technology Hotel & Catering, Ma has worked in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. He has extensive experience in sales and marketing assignments in various hotels in China having held director position for 18 years prior to joining the Crowne Plaza Sun Palace Beijing.
