Theodor Pauly has been appointed as the new general manager of the Holiday Inn Shenzhen Donghua.

Pauly has worked for IHG in senior management positions for 18 years and he has previously worked in Europe and the Middle East. Prior to coming to Shenzhen. He has managed two hotel openings in China including the Crowne Plaza Century Park Shanghai.
