Jeffrey Chan has been appointed as the general manager of Grand Skylight International Hotel Guanlan in Shenzhen, which is scheduled to open in July 2011.

He has more than 20 years experience in hotel management. Prior to joining this hotel, Chan was the general manager of Jade Link Hotel Shanghai and Xige Hotel Tianjin.
