Four Points by Sheraton Tai'an Open For Business

Starwood Hotels and Resorts recently announced today the opening of the first Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Shandong Province: Four Points by Sheraton Tai'an.

Following the opening of Sheraton Jinan Hotel and Le Meridien Qingdao Hotel, Four Points by Sheraton Tai'an is the first Four Points brand in Shandong and Wang Qun, the general manager of Four Points by Sheraton Tai'an stated that it was a great honor to open our first Starwood hotel in Tai'an, a city of rich history, culture and the majestict Mount Tai. Qun added that Tai'an city has many exceptional sightseeing resources, the world-famous Mount Tai, the birthplace of Confucius, and the ancient architectural complex of Dai Temple, which attract tourists from home and abroad.

Four Points by Sheraton Tai'an Hotel is located at the foot of Mount Tai, just minutes away to Tai'an railway station and Tai’an Industrial Park where many multinational companies are located. It has easy access to Beijing-Shanghai (Fuzhou) Expressway and to the Taian-Laizhou Expressway.

The 300-room Four Points by Sheraton Tai'an is part of the Powerlong City Plaza integrated complex featuring upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment hub. Guestrooms have views of Mount Tai and the nearby lake, and all feature the signature Four Points Comfort Bed, LCD TV, and high-speed Internet broadband.

Food and beverage options include The Eatery all day dining restaurant and the China Spice Restaurant which showcases cuisines from various provinces — including dim sum. The Lobby Lounge Bar offers cocktails with the backdrop view of Mount Tai.

The hotel boasts over 2,000 square meters of conference and meeting facilities including two pillar-less allrooms which can accommodate up to 700 people and ten other meetings room with views of the city or Mount Tai.

Other recreational facilities include an indoor hot spring with a hill view, and a fitness center and spa.
