Beihai Expecting New Luxury Hotel

Construction has started for the Nicenotes Garden Hotel Beihai, a luxury hotel developed by Beihai Golden Shining Real Estate Company in the southeast of downtown Beihai in Guangxi.

NGHB is constructed to five-star standards and has a total construction area of 40,000 square meters. Apart from the 300 rooms, it will also have an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court. It will accommodate 500 people for meetings and 800 people for dining. It is expected to be the first five-star hotel for leisure, holiday and business in the Beihai Silver Beach tourism area.

It is expected that the hotel will be completed within two years.
