Four-star Hotel In Hunan To Be Sold

The Dong Jiang Bright Pearl Hotel will be put on public sale shortly.

The hotel is located on the banks of the national 4A tourist attraction Dong River, Zixing city, Hunan. Established in June 2005, the hotel covers 26,300-square-meters of construction area with grounds occupying about 20,000 square meters. It has more than 200 guestrooms, Chinese and Western restaurants with a capacity of over 800 guests, eight meeting rooms of different sizes, a sauna center, a bar, a gym, a swimming pool, and a tennis court. The hotel is the only foreign-oriented four-star standard hotel in Zixing.

The owner of the hotel will put the hotel's whole property rights on public sale including land, building, facilities, equipment, and other assets. All domestic and overseas enterprises, companies, economic organs, and individuals are permitted to purchase singly or jointly modes.
