Huatian Hotel Announces Large Tourism Project In Hunan

Huatian Hotel has signed a letter of intent on a hot spring development project with the Ningxiang government, Hunan.

Both parties plan to build a large tourism project at the Huitang hot spring including an international conference and resort center, a public golf course, a tennis field, a large recreation ground, a wetland park, a hot spring villa, and luxury residences. The project will be divided into three phases over five years.

The Huitang hot spring is located in southwest of Ningxiang county in Hunan and is listed as one of three major high-temperature and composite hot springs in China. The expressway connecting Changsha with Ningxiang, Huitang Hot Spring, and Shaoshan is scheduled to be opened by 2009. Then it will be 30-minute drive from Changsha to the location of the project.
