Jinling Hotels & Resorts Signs In Wenzhou

Jinling Hotels & Resorts Corporation has signed a full management agreement for the Jinling Binhai Grand Hotel in Wenzhou.

The hotel is the first hotel built to national five-star standards in the Longwan District, Wenzhou. It is located on Yongqiang Avenue, Longwan, two kilometers from the Wenzhou Yongqiang Airport. The hotel covers a construction area of 82,000 square meters and the total investment is CNY460 million.

The hotel has over 400 rooms including suites, apartments and villas, and over 470 car parking spaces. It is scheduled to open at the beginning of 2009.

Currently, Jinling Hotels & Resorts Corporation manages 66 hotels and resorts in China. According to local media, in addition to Jinling Binhai Grand Hotel, there are three new hotels of five-star standard under construction or in the pipeline in Wenzhou.
